New York's own, Aesop Rock, is coming! Aesop is one of the top names (if not THE top name) in underground hip hop today. His new album "None Shall Pass" came out on Definitive Jux Records (www.defintivejux.net) on August 28th, and this show will support the new album...which, by the way, is AMAZING!

Aesop has been in the hip hop game since the late 90's and has made quite a name, and worldwide reputation, for himself in a relatively short amount of time. His shows are very lively, complete with freestyling, sing along, and jokes (Aesop has a great sense of humor). This won't be a thuggish hip hop show, though. Aesop's fan base is a mixture of indie fans, underground hip hop fans, and artistic sorts. In short, don't expect any tough, gang banger types, but rather some cool people who just love hip hop.
